Didn't realize it took only 4 days. Their battalion of lawyers knew they couldn't defeat SFORs patent. With recent legal developments of the Precedent, SCOTUS decision, PTAB victory etc our legal position is even more unconquerable now. Cisco knows it and is in awe of it. : - )

Finally , we are here, when the overturning of the dismissal on the power of the Precedent in the Supp. Authority can happen anytime. anticipation is killing me, buts its exciting knowing the wait is almost over and literally we are on a day to day watch!
Cisco knows where this is heading. Their lawyers are very familiar with Ropes and Grey and and have studied the briefs, it wouldn't surprise me at all, as you have suggested, that they have been settlement talking. I am sure since money is not an issue, they will have very professional yet casual/friendly discussions , that will forge a friendship for their mutually advantageous prosperous financial future.
Why not 3 days! lol
