WInston, We should be one of the 1st cases on the schedule that is going to be released for early February
No one is thinking beyond February
Hopefully we see a reversal on the precedent and briefs, between now and next friday!
I can see why there is an expectation for it!
the precedent supplemental authority it a game changer! could sway a decision in the briefs as they are considering a court date! The precedent means they actually have an open spot on the calendar for someone not named, Strikeforce and Ropes and Grey! lol We will see!
Honestly This week ,next week, we will fly by early Feb, we are all good. We are so close to a slam dunk breakout!
