Bottom line is we have about the strongest Alice 101 reversal case that I have read that has settled, precedent,PTAB a d SCOTUS decisions in our favor,
We deserve to have it reversed tomorrow or by next Friday, but nothing seems to come easy for us Sfor investors and SFOR,
So while we deserve a reversal tomorrow , If we don't, no problem, just getting the court date early feb,will be something we can firmly circle on the calendar and know that , early Feb will be the month it all changes.for us. A little over a month. In November we were next up for scheduling for January based on file dates the Company before us got the last date in January.
If it is that we should have to wait a little over a month to February, then we wait with no worries about testing and when it will be finished, or revenues or revPRs. As Feb would be the month that is written in stone.The month that the millions in damages and revenues that are brimming the rim of the infringement DAM is finally broken allowing the rush of settlement money to flow into SFORs coffers. Start between now and next friday or early February. DONE!
Remember with most of the lawsuits we were involved with we were deep into settlement negotiations closing in on settlements. Then they were simply put on pause by our law firms because of Alice,after reversal. However we come back in an even stronger legal position, infringers know it, and we pick up right where they left off, Cisco set aside 900 mil to settle., The pause helped all infringers get bought out buy bigger financial fish and save up some cash to settle and plan on becoming a SFOR channel partner.
Cisco will be a quick settlement IMO 800 or 900 mill in triple damages and tens of millions in recurring revs moving forward. Is it a lot of money? Nah lol, its chicken feed , last year Cisco received somewhere in the realm of 90+ bil in repatriated money earmarked for buyouts, share buyback and dividends .
While finally securing a court date is glorious, I am still holding out my friends for the big enchilada, a reversal of the dismissal decision on precedent either tomorrow or sometime at the latest next friday.
If not, it's then a court date, wielding a precedent for a quick reversal, and it falls in early Feb then I am going to try to pick up another few more million shares if I can
Right now its all about shares! IMO
