I try to read between the lines. I imagine QMC's dance card in Assam is full with inquiries from established companies wanting to set up in Assam, and I think there is only space within the building for 8 labs, although I read there are already plans to expand.

Yesterday's 8K says, to me, that they had to set up a separate entity to deal with all the business inquiries from outside of Assam but in India. Really, that's all I need to know, IMO, but I understand if people want more info.
