i've stated many times that as long as NNLX is otc 'no info' classification i have purposefully avoided any private contact w the company to avoid accusations of insider knowledge or insider trading.
Because of my ability to flesh out things i'm usually the lead dd long on any board i post on and thus have received countless threats from bashers-
and unprecedented personal attacks on this board (which would violate tou on ALL stock boards-even the main basher board removed many posts from a person bashing me bc the basher board was concerned about liability for those personal defamatory attacks against me )
here from a cult of bashers controlled imo by or in some cases actually being different aliases for the queen bee whose relative has a doctorate in computer programming!!
and thus the queen bee is able to bypass this sites software designed to prevent those who have banned from joining w another alias-and thus many times when ppl are banned, they just create new aliases!!!!!. and hide in the background re attacks as cult leaders usually do-just like bullies who hide behind others
on this board the attacks against me have been personal in nature and we just went through another unbelievable bout of them. On no other boards are mods personally attacked like this -such attacks are immediate deletions on the main basher site as are any posts which even infer deletions!!!
this time all bc i mentioned the queen bee as imo the primary instigator behind these things(as just one of many items)-the unprecedented for this site posting of new aliases after aliases have been banned -and remembering how the queen bee even got longs to attack me years ago without cause after she flipped -

i understand the financial reason why nnlx may be otc 'no info'- bc to be otc 'current' info would cost them 5000 to 6000 in fees /yr to otc and lawyers=plus what another long reported a long time ago - 44 pages of regulations to upgrade.
But as i posted at length a long time ago 'no info' class has several major drawbacks
1) it provides 3 major reasons/encouragements for bashers and shorters -and thus makes these boards much more short and distort prone-in addition to the cult of bashers here
2) it prevents private contact w stock holders who are concerned about regulations
3) makes fundraising much more difficult in several ways
a) private financing has to be concerned re these things
b) it tilts the sell buy ratio in favor of sellers
c) it creates a very small static investment pool basically limited to existing longs and the few who actually can find this board-and even the discussion on this board has been largely controlled by bashers for long periods of time
d) since nnlx is otc 'no info' very few will even find nnlx website via otc
e) institutions and non profits -who are bound by fiduciary duty -CANNOT invest in a company without current info-as in otc current classification
f) all of these things continually depress pps- which is why i think a cost benefit analysis would be in favor of upgrading-but in a financial exigency u are trapped-
bb had loaned up to 100k to nnlx to keep it going in the past- these startups need an infusion of cash-which is why they are using the grant writing route and why they made the difficult decision to put up the petriplates for licensing, partnership or geographic patent sale in europe
g) the no info classification doesnt look good to the series of big pharma they have tried to work with and encourages big pharma to try to take advantage of nnlx- as the 'no info' class itself is a major sign of weakness

confirmation of funding has not been provided to my knowledge
studies usually take at least several months

so i called otc and they told me
pps rarely jumps without a promo and since the co was limited info class -not current info -that violated their policy so they slapped the ce without even doing the dd to see there was no promo!!!
so before nnlx has that kind of breakthrough they need to upgrade so that doesnt happen to nnlx
