I'm certainly no expert on the companies formulations, but I believe the difference between OWCP and many others is the precise formulation of their products, and the fact that through clinical testing, they may be using components found in cannabis that go beyond the THC and CBD found in specific percentages in others products which ignore other cannabis components which may have benefits which currently are undiscovered.

I believe that tremendous differences exist in what's found in many products when you have products from different batches because of the components of the cannabis that vary from batch to batch. In OWCP's case I believe the products will be consistently the same.
