Sorry not googling anything and DECN will continue to appeal and sue as they see fit. The line of conversation is around the technical shift in DECN's GenPrecis and providing Platinum (or another suitor) with a better long term product offering to leverage the existing J&J meters. They can obviously choose not to and run the legal gamut as they wish and/or develop their own product enhancements.

It's pretty clear, at least to me, what KB's angle is and we'll see where it goes. Best of luck getting your posts to stick...
