Biotechnology company CytoDyn (OTCQB: CYDY) today announced that its board of directors has appointed Scott A. Kelly, M.D., FAAPMR as its chairman. Dr. Kelly has served on CytoDyn’s board since April 2017, and he succeeds Anthony D.
