Great point, Red. As you said, the revenue is not $49 Mn. and we know that the actual revenue is less than 20% of this number.
Here's how it can happen if SC had this kind of pricing :
1) Customers with less than 100 users pay say $10 per user
2) Customers between 100-500 users pay $5 per user
3) Customers with 500-5000 users pay around $2.50 per user.
4) Customers with more than 5000 users pay only $1 per user.
Maybe SC had mostly large players as their customers and the numbers above can be different of course.
It's just economies of scale and I have seen many software companies following this kind of pricing.
