I believe you can also do a ROTH conversion from a Traditional IRA to a new ROTH account.
If you already have another ROTH account I don't think the 5 year waiting period for tax-free withdrawals applies, as long as you are 59 and a half or older, and had the other ROTH account for 5 years already.
Check with your tax advisor and broker.
