So what is the consensus on BTD?

Has it been long enough that an answer would have been given?

If it was granted would they have announced it or is it being held under a CDA related to the terms sheet?

If it wasn't granted, why not?

If not, is it because the sample size on the high-dose chemo was too small?

Is anyone worried that we might be told to do a 2B with a larger sample size of high-dose cisplatin?

Is there anyone with the experience to answer these questions?
