I don't think it was ever a scam....just a bunch of dudes who can't execute shit...excluding Keer & White.
With White in charge now he is either a much better businessman or REALLY MOTIVATED to get the share price back to .04+ so he can dump the tens or hundreds of millions of shares he now has.
At this point not sure which one would be better for the average ANDI shareholder
