The new evidence on the supplemental authority is a precedent is the decision already rendered by the court for all similar cases. It will overturn the alice 101, its game changer. The decision basically has already been decided by the same appeals court 3 or so weeks ago. Its a stake in the heart to Sec Auth / Knobbe Martin. Cant be contested.
