Wouldn't the pps be based on net income?
So, if we end up with $240 million net income from settlements
that equates to 10 cents per share (based on OS of 2.4 billion)
multiply the 10 cents by a P/E ratio of 10 and the pps would be $1.00 per share.
Adjust settlement amounts and P/E ratios for different scenarios.
