I have said it several times on this board that Steve can't get any decent Financing with out the Del. debt being paid....if it gets paid then yes he might be able to get the financing needed to go forward with the new projects...

Myself I think if he could sell one of the apps then financing wouldn't be a problem he would have the revenue. JMO
