Understood but even a novice can see that L2 had shifted over the last week or so and the share price seemed to have bottomed out in the .0004 range and was wanting to run higher.

In a scenario like that you sell at the ask not bomb out the bid and kill any building momentum....unless that is your intent all along.

I probably own as many shares of ANDI as some of the insiders and they are free trading albeit under water, but I don't see the logic in just indiscriminately bombing out the bid and driving the share price lower when even a novice penny trader can see on L2 the share price wants to run higher.
