Curious if the company plans on Using Preferred shares for the Offering and or Acquisition because as of right now there are not enough Available shares to fulfill the Offering and Acquisition at the current SP.
“We are currently authorized to issue up to 200,000,000 shares of our Common Stock and 15,000,000 shares of our preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share.”
Of course there is another way but I won’t bring that up.
