What ZR seems not to understand is that all the B.S. in the world doesn't make up for the one thing that matters - project financing.
MMEX doesn't have any.
The proceeds from toxic loans won't cut it. Refinery projects cost real money, and require access to real capital - that insolvent penny stock scams don't have access to.
