Agree, Knobbe Martins knew they were throwing a "Hail Mary" pass. I understand that they felt compelled to do so on behalf of their client, SA, to delay the inevitable. Also like Pug has written, they had a goal to buy SA time for the merger to go through. They achieved that goal for SA. Granted, it was a pyrrhic victory. Wake me 12/20 to witness their ultimate defeat.
