I don’t think a share buy back would happen because there won’t be very many shares available. Losing shares doesn’t make a difference. What made people lose value was the manipulation that brought our sp down. If we reverse split and the value goes up on the Nasdaq then most people will be right back where they started or even positive on their investment.

If you even care, try reading this article, they explain what can happen and why companies RS. Not all reverse splits are bad. If you’re long term then a RS will get us off the OTC, it will enable institutions to invest in our comalny, it will allow mutual funds and pension plans to add us to their pool.
