With both their firm and Ropes and Gray being rated tier 1 law firms per US News World Report, recent history in technology intellectual property litigation (Ancora and HTC) shows that Ropes and Gray now has a significant advantage in the ratings of the two firms. I like success and I think we are getting the champagne glasses ready!
