Anyone who thinks they can seriously make a claim that "the market knows" should look at this utter scam. 2 billion market cap for a previously-failed drug? ? ? All the market "knew" there was that there was money to be made off the suckers who listened to Cramer and Feuerstein and bought in the 20's and 30's, only to see the utter failure that anyone could have predicted with minimal research.
