By the way, A CRITICAL POINT that has not been discussed and that should be pointed out as to why I believe judgement reversal is imminent is the fact that SecureAuth's Knobbe Martens strategically decided to respond the next day to Ropes & Gray's Supplemental Authority submittal and not ask to review the case during Oral argument.
If you review both letters posted by ZPaul, you will realize that neither asked for Oral argument. One asks for Reversal while the other declares the wisdom of the Ninth District Court's decision and asks for it to be upheld...
