Some of good companies did an RS to uplist. But great company like FUSZ should not need the RS to uplist in my opinion. If the CEO Rory gives it 6 months we will be trading for more than $3 with all big news and partnerships. By the way you can uplist with $2 only in some cases. Rory is the biggest shareholder and he is in it to win.
