1. Some info could be in the S1A , depends on when that is released.
2. Rory had mentioned he wants a strong uplist price. Again that may have changed. But my guess is higher than $4.
3. Seeing the SC deal is closing before uplist, I don't see why they would exclude revs.
I don't see Rory showing his cards yet. Why should he?
Far too much coming up that could have an effect on the SP so why even go there.
