Our first acquisition, Sustainable Water Solutions Inc. (SWS), is an all preferred stock, non-dilutable deal. SWS currently has two letters of intent in place which could lead to annual revenues approaching $8 million dollars. The goal is to have both LOI’s converted into Stock Purchase Agreements by the end of the year. The first agreement is being diligently worked on by Don Keer, CEO of SWS, with hopes to have it finalized in the next two weeks.
