Permanent CA MJ Cultivation license #3 goes too...

It's the first Medical-Use license, so 2 for Adult-Use, and 1 for Medical-Use.
That was back on 11/16/18.
Only three licenses in 6 full weeks since the first one got approved. I expected that once approvals started to happen, they would flow in similar to how the Temporary Licenses went. However, its gone much, much slower for the permanent licenses. This delay has had a major impact on our investment, IMO.
