Agree, there's a good chance they only got the Quarterly's reviewed and not the year end. Either way, it looks like progress going from a "Stop Sign" to a "Yield Sign". Who knows, maybe they will be done reviewing everything by close of business today or early next week. I believe next week the 1st Quarterly for 2019 is due. I guess we will all have to wait and see how this progresses .
