Remember the DE payment at most was about $300K and we
don't know how much but since SB said it was NEGOTIATED
the final payment is likely a LOT LESS than that.
The point being paying the MONEY for the DE settlement
was NEVER the Big Issue >>>>

Share reduction + The name change to HEXA and re-domicile to
CO + the unveiling of the NEW WEBSITE for all HEXA Divisions
