reindeer when I closer examined the ONCI chart and saw that
the rhyming the BULLISH MOVE is taking place TWICE the TIME
as the previous pattern then JAN 2-18 becomes the optimal timeframe.
When I speculated on NOV being the TIME I didn't fully realize the
implications of this TWICE timeframe pattern.
IMO SB announcing the DE settlement by Dec 31, 2018
CONFIRMS the JAN 2-18 will prove correct because it
should trigger CATALYST events to happen in rapid
fashion thereafter.
