Are we getting the message here? Will today be the final day SFOR trades the way it is currently trading...Forever?
Ropes & Gray's submittal last week was not to strengthen their case for Oral argument in February. It was to ask to reverse the case immediately! Here we sit on Friday, December 7, 2018. Boy will we be paying attention to PACER this afternoon/evening!!!
This is not to mention that the deals that went live last month are now producing!!! It will be December 10th on Monday friends!!!
