What happened on Nov 20 when Apex erroneously put the dividend shares in some accounts and the share price went down to 14? Did Apex have to buy back those shares?
It doesn't seem fair to just cancel the trades from Etrade, because those are 2 sided trades, of course, and if someone scooped up a thousand shares at 97 cents, and then suddenly those shares are gone, that does not seem right for the person that bought those shares. Not at all.
I think Joe might be right and Etrade may have to buy them back.
