Shawn is trying to save his pocket book from KBM at this point. I'm wondering this. If this vapor that is the purported CEO, that'd be Gene Gilstrap, has such deep pockets, why not just pay off the 64K to KBM and settle with the rest of the toxic debtors?? Doesn't Gilstrap have more shares then any of us?? Isn't that what Matt and Shawn led us to believe with all of their nonsense messages and SM posts? Wouldn't it be in his best interest to pay KBM, settle the rest, pony up the bank, and attempt to make it back to market so his shares can make him money??

Makes sense, right. Only problem is.... there is no spoon.
