Because of precedent submitted as new evidence, by Ropes & Grey we could see Court reversal happen on briefs
We're waiting for a pacer re/settlement or early court date, that will be huge, we could also see a PR from a channel partner or customer of starting to offer services. Like Gallagher and SecureguardID did.
Channel partners are making money on new deals (Gallagher and others) will show up in Jan and Feb
Evidently a lot going on behind the scenes with Channel partners, We have to realize that the channel partners are going after a lot of new customers, big ones, giving a lot of attention to their pipeline, implementing and testing others , very active.
Holidays are typically slow.Lots of sideways trading. Flippers in action trying to create that 10% to 20% gap to trade in.
