I believe the reason for the disappearance of 1 & 6 is that they pushed the envelope a tad too far according to the stipulations in one or more of their nondisclosure agreements.

When you are bursting with excitement and shooting for a very high degree of transparency, it's very easy to step over that line. No matter, because there is a huge amount of awesome information in those podcasts that remain available for viewing.
