I doubt it - Imo he didnt know about it on June 2nd- he emailed people over the weekend-was filed probably late afternoon Friday- as per official sources summons was not served til today - Bob probably didnt know about it until he was served today -its all part of a well worn game/strategy played by prosecutors to try to paralyze their prey-to get their prey to give up without a fight and automatically relinquish their constitutional rights-fortunately death squads are not officially sanctioned in the U.S-not yet anyway.
