Hello All. The market is down (again) and we don't yet have news or the financials. So, we drift marginally higher or marginally lower until investors get tired of the endless ebb and flow. I know I would like to know more about the deal with MariMed, and the implications this has for Univec and this group of companies going forward. The relationship between MariMed and AGRiMED is of particular importance because it could have major implications for the future. Could there be a merger between MariMed and all of our companies? If so, how in the world would they finance this type of thing? Or, is the MariMed deal just a stepping stone toward even bigger deals? Lot of questions, and none are answerable until we get those financials. So lets get this done already.
