Actually, I don't care whether it's called a forward split or a dividend. A forward split would be equivalent to 21-1, but would get a new cusip. A dividend is 20-1, you keep your original share and the same cusip. However, either way, you have 21 times the number of shares you had before.

At least we are 12 times higher than the all-time low of 0.08.
