$INSY WHEW!!! THE BEATING CONTINUES! The share price is definitely a concern. The considerable drop is share price and the recent Press Releases about additional Law Suits has created a great deal of uncertainty about the future of Insys Therapeutics.
I have taken a hard look at what could transpire over the next few weeks. There are several POSSIBILITIES that could occur. The possibility of a bankruptcy filing; the possibility of the sale of the company to another manufacturer; the possibility that the MJ side of the company will take off and create a positive income for Insys; the possibility that this time period will pass and the stock value will start climbing; and the possibility that the company will no longer be able to take the financial hit and close the doors. Some of the possibilities are downright scary; other are nail biters; and others are 'wait and see'.
There are no crystal balls that will provide a look into the future. For now...for me...the most acceptable position is to take a 'wait and see' attitude. The current share price hurts AND could possibly hurt a lot more in the coming days. For Good or Bad, I have placed myself into a mindset of believing that the current Executive Leadership will turn this puppy around...not immediately but long term. I have no specific reasoning for my position but will stay put for the next few months.
