Wrong, they are not two Quarters of filings behind! Here are the FACTS!
The 2019 1st Quarter ended 31 October. It's not due until 45 days later which would make it due approximately December 15th without the 5-day extension. As everyone can see, the 1st Quarterly is not due yet!
The 2019 2nd Quarter covers 01 November - 31 January. So the 2nd Quarter is not due until approx March 15 without the 5-day extension.
FACTS MATTER and these are the FACTS
