That sound like what is happening in this merger.
Why can't two companies just merge together?

But my thoughts are to look out a few years beyond.
Rory is in his 60's
Sound Concept guys are in the mid 40's.
Both wants what each other company has and to get on NASDAQ.
So they merge, give SC guys some shares and an IOU so to speak.
Rory gets the new company on NASDAQ
Rory works for a few more years.
Rory retires and turns CEO over to the SC CEO Mckinley Oswald.
So, in the end the SC guys get a new and improved company.

Could it be that easy????
