In October the Inmed deal was done 10/10/18
- Inmed deal confirmed 10/23/18
- InMed and Flagship each receive 100 Million shares.
- $10 Million in working capital secured 10/31/18
In November
- Sterling Issuer Service hired to prepare and file an 8-K
- InMed confirms deal in a letter to Toron 11/19/18
- CEO confirms plan to be a fully reporting company 11/20/18
- CEO confirms shares transferred to InMed and Flagship. 11/27/18
December will be very busy
- Board confirmation
- 8-K will be filed
- 10-Q will be filed
- Inmed will change state licenses to Toron
