That was an exciting vid. Interesting, he says that the merger will close in Jan, but the uplist and capital raise will take place in Feb. Are they merging now and worrying about the financing later? It almost seems as if the merger is not contingent on the financing. Very interesting situation developing here. The capital raise seems like its more for operations and to meet uplisting NASDAQ criteria after the merger is complete I'm sure SC will get their money but who says they have to get it now. Build the business today, get paid tomorrow. Anyone else see it differently?
