As follow-up to tc's posts, I sent a private message to Joe, asking what GNBT needed to do to uplist to NASDAQ. He told me to listen to the CC, but I couldn't access it Monday morning. Apparently, he did not provide much detail, even during the CC.
It goes without saying that uplisting will be significant to Generex' future. However, if we don't know the exchange and its requirements, we will be in the dark. Also, didn't one of the PR's indicate they had to uplist by Jan. 2019 or pay $35 or 24% interest on a loan? I'll have to go back and find that PR.
Nonetheless, the company appears to be stronger than it's been in 12+ years that I've held its shares.
