I must agree with Kgem and mikeyt-either Dr. Dalton is extremely meticulous, is being nit-picked by lawyers/accountants or he is just slow. I have never thought there was a problem. When you think about what all is riding on these filings, it is mind-boggling:UNVC, Sativeo, Agrimed, HCI, MariMed, possibly Merck and even TikunOlam. We are talking maybe billions of dollars at some point here. And I would bet some we have no idea about. I feel sure Dalton is ready to get started doing what he does best-distributing products, not messing with legal and OTC and SEC forms, etc. I am tired of talking and waiting and want to start thinking about at what price and how many shares I will sell. Just like the birth of a baby, it will happen when the baby is ready, not what some doctor says. If it is this week or next, so be it. Nothing else we can do but have faith. But I am really ready to get this show on the road. JB
