There is no one doing what nFusz is doing on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin from what I've seen. If someone would have already applied for a patent, chances are you would have seen it on one or all the social channels. Why apply for that patent if you are not going to use it?

Patents on mobile apps is different thing than within a browser and in my view, easier to get.

What interesting is Instagram I think has one patent where facebook & linkedin have thousands.
