When they receive the first check from Mexico, maybe they should not do a PR right away, but instead for next 10 business days start buying shares back (40-50 million a day). That way they could still buy them back very cheap, but the volume itself would drive PPS to at least 2 maybe 3 cents. After they buy back 400-500 million then do the PR, about shares being retired and about the check from Mexico.
All we would have to do then, is buckle up, and watch our rocket fly high to the sky.
