IMO prospective new investors want to see revenues and have been reluctant to get in due to slow down in progress. Only people buying are longs. This right now is not a stock that flippers want to touch due to consistent low/ steady PPS over such a period of time.

Without referencing back, I remember some of the board was salary and partially compensated with stock if my memory serves me correct.
