I'm not a lawyer, but I can read. The latest SA response to R&G was just a rehash of the prior one. This will be glaringly obvious to the three judges. They don't want a waste of the court's time. So in my non-legal opinion, the case will be judged on the written briefs only. No oral arguements should be deemed necessary.
