usualy that's how works
the company will issue a press release stating
sfor will buy 500m to lets say 1 b shares
at certain prices....10c just for an example
it's up to the shareholders to act or not
i believe you need to contact the Broker were your shares are held
and instruct them that you want to sell 1/2 m shares back to the company
at that point ,once executed your account will reflet the cash for the sell
correct me if i was wrong guys
